Are you curious about the ancient healing powers of reflexology and would like to learn enough to treat family and friends?
This course aims to teach you the fascinating background to Reflexology, it's history and development in the West as an alternative therapy. It will also show you how to use the five different techniques used in Reflexology as well as practising it on each other too.

This is an experiential course with lots of opportunity to try out your new found skills on others.
Please note this is not a qualification but a beginners course which may lead you to wanting to train in reflexology. It will, however, give you enough knowledge and skill to practice with family and friends.
This course represents 8 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
Lois is an experienced teacher of meditation and spiritual development, having discovered the benefits of both when she started to make some major changes in her life.
From her own practice in Witney, Oxfordshire, she now run spiritual workshops and classes for others, as well as offering private consultations which take a holistic approach to healing mind, body and soul. She is passionate about assisting those who want support on their life’s journey, helping them to explore their connection to themselves as well as to the wider world.
She has trained and worked as a massage therapist, reflexologist, aromatherapist, hypnotherapist and Reiki practitioner and is a Lead Tutor with the College
