Level 2 Open College Network West Midlands accredited course
Autumn 2016 dates:
October 1st and 2nd, 8th, 15th, 29th. November 5th, 19th and 26th. December 10th and 17th.
Our new Level 2 course starts in Autumn 2016 and explores how we can develop our resilience and wellbeing. It takes a 'head, heart and hand' approach to this fascinating subject and supports course students on a personal journey of discovery.
The second part of the course will explore your relationship with your body, what it says about your self - esteem and practical ways to strengthen your resilience through movement, in particular Dru Yoga.
Subjects covered include:
Taught over 9 Saturdays and 1 Sunday the course represents an opportunity to learn from experienced tutor-practitioners in a friendly group of like-minded people and you will be guided and supported throughout. You will begin to appreciate and understand your own temperament and ways in which you can strengthen, through healthy choices, your personal resilience and emotional wellbeing.
The three units of this course are:
* Accredited by Open College Network West Midlands (OCNWM), your guarantee of educational standards. Level 2 is equivalent to GCSE A* to C standard.
Included in the Course
Entry Criteria: No previous experience is required for the Level 2 course; however, a good general education is essential.
Next Steps: This course can lead on to: Professional practitioner training, further training courses, or further personal interest in particular holistic pathways.
