In this experiential course you will learn gentle, compassionate practices to help release the knot of tension in your life around chronic pain. In the process, you’ll understand what keeps us stuck in the chronic pain loop, and discover your powerful natural resources for easing pain from within.Claire Seabrook is an experienced body-mind practitioner and teacher who brings humour, heart and practical wisdom to her work. She brings together body awareness, mindfulness, trauma work and insights from neuroscience to show you how to ease pain whilst gaining insight into the deeper causes.

This course represents 12 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
Claire Seabrook is a registered craniosacral therapist with specialist further training in trauma recovery.
She has trained intensively in Process-Oriented Psychology and brings the practice of Mindfulness to her work.
Claire has been in practice in Cheltenham for over 25 years.
