Holistic Client Care – Managing Treatment and Expectations Level 3 OCNWM Accredited Course (Open College Network West Midlands)
Designed to anticipate many of the problems that spring from the client/practitioner. By the end of this course you will have developed a Statement of Professional Practice, demonstrating your awareness of the ethical standards required in both your professional working relationship and the healing environment you create.
As all Isbourne College courses come with OCNWM accreditation, there is a requirement that all students complete a marked assessment.
About this Course This module has been designed to forestall many of the problems that can occur through a lack of clarity over the nature of the practitioner/client relationship, ensuring that it is healthy and safe from the outset. Covering the professional working relationship as well as the healing environment you create for your client, you will be helped to develop a formal Statement of Professional Practice, unique to your business.
Duration The course is taught over three two-hour sessions during a six week period - with a further two weeks to complete and hand in your assignment.
Entry Criteria You are working (or planning to work) as a holistic, spiritual or other practitioner, on either a self-employed or employed basis.

Possible Next Steps For the Holistic Practitioner, this course can lead on to enhanced professional practice and further training; for example Train the Trainer for the Holistic Practitioner or an ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management) Development Award in Coaching & Mentoring - or perhaps Higher Education.

The nature of the Level 2 and Level 3 course requires a conversation between the Isbourne College and the potential student to ensure that all have realistic expectations concerning what is available. A pre-course discussion will also assist in clarifying any issues concerning assessment.
You will then be sent an application form.
On receipt of your completed application form and payment, the College will contact you within 7 days to confirm that your course place has been reserved.
Course payment can be made be made by cheque, card or PayPal.
Your place is now booked, and you will be sent relevant course paperwork including your Student Course Handbook.
