Resilient people seem to have a more flexible approach to life, enabling them to adjust better to adverse or changed circumstances. They appear more energetic and usually have strong support structures in place, to whom they can turn when life seems determined to overwhelm them.
Our resilience course Live Well and Embrace Change offers the holistic Mind, Body and Soul approach to bringing more of yourself to your home or your work life, to be more ‘present’ with your colleagues, friends and family.
You will be taught practical strategies and tools to bolster emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing, along with personal goal-setting to help you achieve your goals.
