With the development of MRI scans over the last twenty years, scientists have been able to study the brain as never before and many of their findings have a direct link to the Buddhas teachings over 4000 years ago.
This course explores those links and the potential implications this has for your personal growth, success, happiness, life meaning and purpose.

Anthony started his career in the fitness industry as a gym instructor. After moving to Gloucestershire from London he worked fro the NHS Cardiac Rehabilitation Team as an Exercise Specialist.It was whilst working within the team and with behavioural psychologists, he realised the importance of the body/ mind connection.
Twenty-two years ago, Anthony picked up a book entitled, “An Introduction to Buddhism” and was immediately struck by the similarities between these ancient teachings and modern-day science of psychology, Neuro-linguistic Programming, behaviour change and quantum mechanics. Since then Anthony’s work has revolved around the practice of Buddhism principles in relation to scientific understanding of health, happiness and wellbeing. He has published numerous resources to help make this combination of science and Buddhist philosophy more accessible to other people, such as paperback books: What’s the Point? A Guide to Life & Happiness, and, The Business Plan For Happiness, as well as audiobooks and eBooks such as, The Ultimate Truth: The Science & Philosophy of Spiritual Evolution and Manifestation, to name a few.
